All the extruders at Winplex are custom designed and built with high tech quality controls and machine adjustments.

Each stage of the process is measured and controlled through the latest available digital programmable control panels. They are continuously monitored during the manufacturing operation.

Capabilities and Capacity
Our multiple extrusion lines allow us to produce finished products that range from .020" (0.5mm) up to .500" (12.5mm) thick. The width ranges from 4" (100mm) up to 60" (1525mm). The present capacity is 65,000 lbs. per day (29.5 tons).

Economies of Scale
The extruders are utilized to maximum capacity allowing us to produce at the most economical level.
Most competitors of Winplex produce one roll at a time while Winplex produces multiple rolls per turret, depending on the size of the material, we could do around 12 -15 per turret..
